ADM is seeking an experienced and dynamic Co-Manufacturing Manager to oversee and optimize relationships with co-manufacturers across EMEA within the Animal Nutrition and Pet (AN & PET) segments, including FA&I, Feed, Premix, and Minerals. This role plays a critical part in securing reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable supply through strong contractual governance, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
The successful candidate will serve as a key interface between ADM and its co-manufacturing partners, ensuring alignment with our safety, compliance, and operational excellence standards. This role reports to the EMEA Logistics Director and collaborates closely with procurement, legal, business development, sales, customer care, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
Co-Manufacturing Management
* Manage and govern co-manufacturer relationships through robust contracts and SLAs.
* Ensure co-manufacturers operate in compliance with ADM's health, safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
* Oversee co-manufacturing budgets, monitor variances, and manage associated risks.
* Enforce ADM rules and relevant legal regulations (e.g., safety, SOX compliance).
* Integrate co-manufacturers into the ADM S&OP process to ensure OTIF performance.
* Drive cost optimization through pricing negotiations, waste reduction, and resource utilization.
* Lead performance tracking via KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Support packaging and relabeling operations (Late Differentiation).
* Ensure accurate and timely ERP data management and IT system transactions.
* Proactively identify and escalate risks related to compliance or supply disruption.
New Product and Partner Onboarding
* Conduct “Make or Buy” analysis and market research to identify and evaluate potential co-manufacturers.
* Support Procurement Business Partners in RFQ processes and supplier selection.
* Lead due diligence to validate infrastructure and operational capability of co-manufacturing partners.
* Manage end-to-end co-manufacturing project implementations, respecting budget, timelines, and quality standards.
* Drive commercialization of new products or capabilities from concept to launch.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
* Approximately 10 years of experience in co-manufacturing, supply chain, or strategic sourcing roles.
* Solid understanding of the food/feed processing industry.
* Strong analytical skills with financial acumen.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience preferred.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially French) are an asset.
