/ppbr/ppbWhat we are offering: /b /pulliThe opportunity to join a growing company with people passionate about their work in an international environment; /liliThe opportunity to work with best-in-breed methodologies, tools and techniques; /liliTraining and Mentoring/Talent Development programs; /liliFull package of Salary, perks and benefits (Health Insurance, mobile allowance and others); /liliCareer Evolution; /liliFlexible working hours; /liliExtra days off; /liliWellbeing program; /liliPartnerships with local businesses; /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat you'll be doing: /b /pulliParticipate as Test Lead in the implementation of comprehensive end-to-end Oracle Retail solutions, as cornerstones of large transformation programs in Retailers; /liliDesign test plans considering E2E business process stand point; /liliDefine Test Strategy and Approach for multi release programs to guarantee software testing of the overall solution; /liliCoordinate Entry Criteria, Daily Report, Readiness for Test Phase start, Stakeholders readiness, Issues statuses and Go/No Go Meeting for each test phase under his/her responsibility; /liliManage System, System Integration, End-to-End and/or User Acceptance test phases according to project plan, managing internal and customer/external teams to attend the test plan defined; /liliReport for internal and customer leadership weekly status for test phases progress, participate on key decisions meetings as QA representative; /liliCoordinate internal testers to write test cases, follow up the test plan execution and bring any blockers or discussions to the implementation team to progress test execution; /liliWork on internal initiatives to bring best practices to QA methodology and support/guide other team members; /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we are looking for: /b /pulli+5 years of experience working with IT Quality Assurance considering activities such as Test planning, Tests execution and Test Management: /liliSystem Tests; /liliSystem Integration Tests; /liliEnd-to-End Tests; /liliUser Acceptance Tests; /liliExperience working independently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment; /liliProficiency in English is bmandatory /b; /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat would be a plus: /b /pulliKnowledge in SQL (for database validations); /liliExperience in automation tool and techniques; /liliExperience in Oracle Retail suite; /liliCertifications in Quality Assurance; /liliProficiency in Spanish, French or German.
