Code For All Group, a leading EdTech consortium, is seeking a Mid Sales Development Representative to join their sales team.

This role involves creating new business opportunities and nurturing the sales pipeline. Key responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, research and analysis, CRM management, collaboration with marketing, and metrics reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in B2B/SAAS/tech/SDR or inside sales roles, strong verbal and written communication skills in English, confidence doing cold outreach, an organized and proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and comfort using CRM/sales tools.

Job Description

* Identify and engage new potential clients through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to spark interest in our training solutions.
* Evaluate and qualify incoming leads from our marketing campaigns, ensuring they match our ideal customer profile.
* Research target industries and accounts to build strategic and relevant lists of key contacts.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of your activities in our CRM, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups for all contacts.
* Work closely with the marketing team to optimize our messaging and campaigns based on market feedback.
* Regularly track and report on your performance metrics, such as leads generated, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.


Requirements

* 2+ year of experience in B2B / SaaS / tech / SDR or inside sales role (or equivalent).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese & English.
* Confidence doing cold outreach; resilient.
* Organised, proactive mindset.
* Ability to work independently but also within a team.
* Comfortable using CRM / sales tools.
* Experience in IT Consulting services, software / tech.
