The primary purpose of this position is to deliver superior customer satisfaction. Achieve the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex automation equipment and systems.ResponsibilitiesAbility to deliver remote and face to face support & services effectively.Ability to implement small to large automation projects autonomous or integrated in a project team.Proactively manage and respond to customer questions, issues, and input accurately and within Service Level Agreement timing.Comply with all GSM processes for documentation, quality and communication.Maintain proactive and timely communications, providing frequent and informative customer updates.Initiate engineering change requests, providing detailed descriptions of- product faults, customer special requests, and product enhancements.Install and perform repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.Respond to the high volume of customer inquiries in an efficient and accurate manner, meeting or exceeding the published SLA (Service Level Agreement) for Response and Resolution.Qualifications3-5yrs of experience in Automation Systems (DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, SCADA, etc) engineering, operations, or services support functions within the Industrial automation industry.Ideally masters's degree in Engineering or related technical education background in electronics/ electromechanics / industrial automationGood in English written/verbalGood in Portuguese written/verbalDriving licenseAvailability to travel in the country and abroadWE VALUEExperience with Honeywell process control systemsAvailability to be on call to support customersTroubleshooting experienceCyber Security knowledgeExperience in configuring and maintaining managed networking equipment, firewalls.
