/ppYou'll spend your day speaking with artists, understanding their goals, identifying challenges, answering questions, and helping the right people take the next step with us.
/ppbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppEvery day, hundreds of artists interact with our content, download resources, join our email list, reply to campaigns, engage in our community, and reach out through social media.
/ppYour job is to start conversations, build relationships, identify opportunities, and book qualified artists into calls with our team.
/ppYou'll be communicating with artists through email, Instagram, Facebook, community platforms, and other communication channels.
/ppYou won't be responsible for closing sales.
/ppYou will be responsible for creating meaningful conversations and ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
/ppbr/ppbWhat You'll Be Doing /b /pulliResponding to inbound artist enquiries /liliFollowing up with leads generated through our lead magnets and email campaigns /liliStarting conversations with engaged members of our audience /liliBuilding genuine relationships with artists /liliUnderstanding artist goals, challenges, and ambitions /liliQualifying potential clients and members /liliBooking calls into our sales team's calendar /liliMaintaining accurate CRM records /liliFollowing communication processes and systems /liliWorking closely with Damian and the team to improve lead conversion /li /ulpbr/ppbWho We're Looking For /b /ppYou are: /pulliFluent in spoken and written English /liliAn excellent communicator /liliFriendly, confident, and naturally curious /liliOrganised and detail-oriented /liliComfortable having conversations with people from around the world /liliInterested in music, musicians, and the creative industry /liliConfident using email, messaging platforms, and CRM systems /liliAble to work independently and manage your own workload /li /ulpbBonus points if you have: /b /pulliExperience in customer success, community management, sales support, appointment setting, or account management /liliExperience working with musicians, creators, coaches, or online education businesses /liliExperience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Go High Level, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms /li /ulpbr/ppbLocation: /bRemote.
