About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement & Project Manager with strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma and a proven track record in leading improvement initiatives. This role is all about driving efficiency, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and empowering teams to deliver smarter, faster, and better results. As part of our Operations Change Management team, you’ll play a key role in shaping end-to-end value chains — ensuring process excellence, operational efficiency, automation opportunities, and a strong risk & compliance mindset.
You’ll be part of a dynamic Project Management team that partners with Operations to deliver real transformation. From continuous improvement journeys to end-to-end project execution, this is a chance to make a measurable impact while collaborating with international colleagues.

Responsibilities
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead Lean initiatives across Operations to boost efficiency and simplify workflows.
* Lead Projects with Impact: Manage large-scale projects, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate across teams to enable smooth delivery.
* Coach & Influence: Be the Lean & Project Management SME — coaching individuals and teams on best practices.
* Track & Report Progress: Provide clear updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to leadership.
* Innovate & Problem Solve: Champion a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and solutions-oriented change.
* Align with Standards: Ensure adoption of Lean methodologies and alignment with organizational project frameworks.
* Engage with Stakeholders: Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive alignment and decision-making.
* Strong background in Project Management & Process Improvement
* Hands-on experience in non-tech and tech improvement projects
* Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Strong organizational skills: ability to juggle priorities & meet deadlines
* Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
* International exposure and openness to travel (a plus!)
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite
* Ability to simplify complexity & synthesize ideas
* Creativity, problem-solving, and innovation
* Critical & strategic thinking
