The purpose of this role is to accelerate business growth by expanding market share, strengthening product positioning, and ensuring deep market penetration across clinical and economic stakeholders.
Principais responsabilidades
Lead a team of Account Managers by orchestrating and distributing the clinical and commercial workload across the region
Serve as a coach and mentor, providing real-time feedback, training, and development to elevate team capability and clinical-commercial effectiveness
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, shared best practices, and operational discipline
Support performance reviews, identify development needs, and contribute to succession planning and talent growth within the team
Contribute to the annual strategic plan
Identify unmet needs and develop robust account plans
Design and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve both national and regional sales targets, aligned with account plans
Collaborate closely with clinical colleagues to identify and convert sales opportunities derived from case support activities
Maintain active involvement in the tender process
Develop and manage deal models and pricing strategies
Utilize CRM systems effectively to document account activity, align with cross-functional teams, and track progress toward goals
Perfil desejado
Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Management, or related fields
Proven industry experience within clinical commercial sales and case support for medical devices
Proven Financial acumen in sales analytics and identifying opportunities
Experience working in the hospital environment (assisting in relevant procedures)
Leadership experience
Flexible, dynamic, adaptable, focused and persistent
