Reporting to the Quality Manager at Hutchinson Borrachas de Portugal at Campo Maior your mission will be represent the Customer within the Organization and ensure compliance with the standards defined in the Quality Management System.
Contribute to the efficiency of products and manufacturing processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Represent the company's interests and ensure compliance with product requirements by strategic suppliers in the management of deviations.
Your Role Managing and handling of customer complaints (including structured 8D responses) Monitoring corrective and preventive actions Direct interface with customers and internal teams (Production, Engineering, Logistics, Quality, etc.) Data analysis and monitoring of quality indicators (KPIs, PPM, Customer Scorecards) Participation in internal and external audits (IATF *****, customers) Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements Contract Type Fixed Term contract due to a Maternity Leave Your profile Required Skills Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
Proven professional experience is preferred.
Knowledge of languages (English) (knowledge of French will be valued).
Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and references (IATF *****).
Experience with quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
