We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sales Director. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through effective sales strategies, marketing plans, and customer engagement.

* Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and develop approaches to address these challenges.
">
* Manage sales and marketing efforts to ensure they accurately interpret and support business goals, focusing on all market segments.
">
* Develop customer relationships and drive business into the hotel/cluster by increasing market and customer share in all revenue streams.
">
* Negotiate room rates and packages with corporate clients based on current business and pricing conditions.
">
* Monitor offers, options, and discounts for repeat bookings for groups, congresses, and seminars in close cooperation with the Group Coordinator.
">
* Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media, and contribute to company-wide initiatives by recommending and monitoring appropriate local activities.
">
* Prepare and manage contracts in line with business conditions.
">
* Organise and deliver comprehensive information describing the hotel's products and services through relevant sales resources and channels to existing and potential guests.
">
* Work closely with the Senior Management Team to identify and drive focused activities on business areas requiring additional support.
">
* Direct and manage the forecasting process in conjunction with the Revenue Department to ensure accurate, timely, and complete reporting.
">
* Compile and/or direct the preparation of operational reports for the Sales Department, including forecasts, lead management, and booking reports.
">
* Actively participate in the preparation of the annual Sales and Marketing Plan, quarterly updates, and hotel budgets; implement strategies to address market shifts, economic changes, or competitive pressures.
">
* Attend and/or organise sales events, group meetings, and other relevant commercial activities.
">
* Cooperate with other departments, particularly Reservations and Banqueting, to create exceptional guest experiences and develop strong, comprehensive sales programs.
">
* Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Sales team through leadership and by example, ensuring their future success.
