We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of our product operations function from scratch. Working closely with the CTO, this individual will define what good operations look like in the world of Artificial Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Unleash the full potential of Product Managers by empowering them to build and share a long-term roadmap focused on delivering iterative value to developers.
* Empower Engineering teams to deliver software that developers love with speed, quality, security, and reliability.
* Streamline go-to-market collaboration to accelerate field success and maintain close relationships with enterprise, self-serve, and OEM customers.
* Establish a data-driven operating rhythm by leveraging KPIs across the organization to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* A strategic thinker who excels at solving complex operational challenges and building elegant solutions.
* An effective communicator who can articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and business audiences.
* Strong business acumen with an understanding of how product and operational decisions impact the business.
* Affinity for AI and passion for data-driven decision making.
