Senior Business Manager / Business Unit Manager (IT)

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Senior Business Manager / Business Unit Manager to lead the development of a new business unit within the Information Technology sector.
This role will play a key part in defining and executing the commercial strategy, driving business development, and building a high-performing team, directly contributing to the company's sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement the development strategy for the Business Unit
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT market
* Manage and develop strategic relationships with clients
* Lead and develop a team of Business Managers and consultants
* Monitor and ensure the achievement of growth and profitability targets
* Actively contribute to the company's overall strategy and market positioning
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field
* Proven experience in Business Management within the Information Technology sector
* Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management
* Strong results-oriented mindset and strategic vision
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* High level of responsibility, resilience, and adaptability
* Fluency in English
