We are expanding our IT Squad in Lisbon, Portugal

We are currently seeking an
App Manager and Support Engineer
to join our international partner and contribute to the global management of workplace applications.


Location:
Lisbon, Portugal


Hybrid:
2 days/week onsite

Your Mission:

* Managing applications
end-to-end
(integration, testing, qualification, deployment) within
Intune
.
* Providing
L3 support
for major incidents and user technical issues.
* Performing
bug analysis and fixes
.
* Supporting
feature development
when required.
* Contributing to
product lifecycle management
for local entities.

Expected Deliverables:

* Delivery of
App Packages
configured through
Intune/VPN setup
.
* Incident management
via
ServiceNow
— update, resolve, and close tickets.
* Generation of
reports
(security items, device count, apps/tools) via
Intune/Log Analytics
.
* Comprehensive
documentation
of all implemented and configured components.

Your Technical Expertise:

Mandatory:

* Fluent English (C1 level).
* Excellent
technical writing
and documentation skills.
* Solid understanding of
MDM concepts
via
Autopilot/Intune
.
* Proven experience with
Windows Device Management
.

Value Added:

* Knowledge of
Microsoft Purview
.
* Experience with
SkyHigh Cloud Proxy
.
* Familiarity with
F5 PerApp VPN
.
* Understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
.
