Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a System Administrator. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our global networks and IT systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide first- and second-line technical support to users across the organization.
* Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Install, configure, test, and maintain end-user workstation hardware and software, as well as network infrastructure and other IT equipment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and meet business objectives.
Technical Requirements:
* Maintenance of servers, including Active Directory, Azure, file, application, VMware, mailbox, VPN, and Windows applications.
* Backup and system restore operations.
* Network infrastructure management.
* User access rights administration.
* Documentation of information systems procedures.
* Optimization of computer environment performance.
* Maintenance of diagrams, architecture, documentation, and guidelines for continuous improvement in IT processes and best practices.
Cybersecurity:
* Implementation, operation, and maintenance of security tools, policies, and procedures.
* Creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation about infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in system administration.
* Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and software.
* Familiarity with Microsoft systems and software deployment: Server, Client, AD, Azure, WSUS, Office 365.
* Relevant technical qualifications in Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments.
* Good understanding of network infrastructure, servers, and databases.
* Working knowledge of safety methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, NIST CSF).
* Knowledge of cybersecurity, with a particular interest in application security.
* Highly developed diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
