Within the Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) portfolio of the Data Intelligent & Automation Value Center, our mission is to become the central hub for all data-related activities across Siemens—including ingestion, understanding, curation, and distribution.
As a Test Manager, you will:
* Define and drive the Test Management process including the test automation concept
* Design and execute test cases that assure adequate quality and act as lead test analyst
* Support the Test Automation process from test case definition to automation run implementation
* Define and drive the Defect Management process, including all defect fixing activities
* Apply test tool support for design and execution of test cases, analyze quality and test coverage, and guide testers in using the tool
* Review Software Requirements (in the form of typical requirements or User Stories) to ensure testability, unambiguity and completeness of those.
* Drive forward a "test-driven approach" within requirements engineering
* Maintain absolute integrity of the test run and defect database to ensure a full audit trail
* Ensure Test processes are aligned with business and provider
* Plan and Support User Acceptance Testing.
* Represent the Test Management and Test Analyst position to both regional users and international staff on a regular basis
To make a difference, you must have:
* At least 3 years working experience in SW Quality Management
* Experience defining test cases which assure full test coverage
* Experience defining test automation concepts as well as implementing them
* Experience managing the software defect resolution process
* Degree ideally in Business or related field with a strong IT affinity
* High level of proactivity, structured, and self-organized working style
* Good documentation and presentation skills
* Fluent in English, written and spoken
* Experienced with agile methodologies
* Intercultural skills and motivation to work in a virtual and international team
* Certified ISTQB Advanced Level are a plus
