Scrum Master:
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to manage conflicts and support team dynamics
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus
