What would your main responsibilities be?
* Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing and production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, operators, and project managers, to ensure seamless process integration.
* Design and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and technical reports.
* Conduct process simulations and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
* Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Support the implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives in production environments.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
What are we looking for?
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering.
* Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and control.
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
* Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.G., Minitab, Excel).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
