What we're looking for:4+ years of experience in technical roles, including application or infrastructure support Experience collecting and documenting technical requirements for system improvements Solid knowledge of change management processes and coordination with stakeholders Hands-on experience with technical testing, production delivery, and follow-up of releases Experience providing Level 3 support, identifying root causes, workarounds, and permanent fixes Ability to oversee technical processes and flows (e.g., online services, STP, batch jobs) Experience in coordinating with vendors and documenting known issues for operational teams
