Overview We are seeking a Dutch speaking Sales Representative to drive growth for a world-renowned brand in the Benelux region. This role is based in Barcelona and involves building strong partnerships with assigned points of sale.Location & Details Location:Barcelona, Spain Type:Full-time (40h/week), Monday to Friday (9:00 - 17:30) Start Date:November 2025Key Mission / ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary contact for your assigned points of sale, managing the full commercial relationship from Barcelona.Drive daily interactions to meet objectives, manage client orders, and conduct impactful negotiations.Strategically increase point-of-sale investment by leveraging available resources like discounts and promotions.Provide crucial feedback on market incidents, new business opportunities, and client requests, helping shape strategy.QualificationsYou speak Dutch fluently (C2 level) and have professional proficiency in English (C1).You have proven sales experience and are motivated by working in a target-driven environment.You have a knack for identifying client needs and opportunities through a solid understanding of the sales process.You are proficient with Microsoft Office and thrive in outbound sales, with GDPR compliance experience.A genuine cultural affinity with the Dutch market is key.The Ideal Candidate's Mindset We value sharpcritical thinkingand a strongsolution orientationwho sees challenges as opportunities.
