* Responsible for writing documentation, such as functional and technical specifications.
* Delivering Salesforce parameterization compliant with requirements and according to standards.
* Performing coding to implement the interfaces in scope.
* Executing the unit test;
analyzing defectsand implementing fixes.
* Defining and reviewing test cases.
**Must-Have Qualifications:*** A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
* **At least 8 years of experience** in Salesforce development* Proficiency in **Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations**.
* Hands-on experience building **unit tests**, **defect analysis**, and **bug fixing**.
* Good level of **Git, SFDX** and **pipelines CI/CD**.
* Uses JavaScript/HTML to customize templates, troubleshoot campaign behavior, and ensure proper rendering across browsers.
* **Strong leadership abilities** with the capacity to guide and motivate a team of developers.
**Nice to Have:*** Ideally holds certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
