We are recruiting a
Team Lead & Tech Lead
with solid experience in
infrastructure, cloud, and automation
environments. We are looking for a professional with a strong technical background, leadership skills, and architectural vision to coordinate teams and support high-complexity technology projects.
Responsibilities
* Technical leadership and team coordination in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).
* Design of solutions and architectures for infrastructure, cloud, and automation projects.
* Support in the management of technology projects and interaction with PMO teams.
* Ensure best practices regarding security, performance, and platform availability.
* Technical follow-up, mentoring, and support for team development.
* Implementation and optimization of automation processes.
* Collaboration with networking, cloud, security, and development teams.
Requirements
* Minimum of
7 years of experience
in infrastructure, with at least
3 years in a technical leadership role
.
* Background as a
SysAdmin / Linux Engineer or Windows Engineer
, with progression into Tech Lead roles.
* Relevant experience in
project management or technical coordination within PMOs
.
Essential Technical Skills
* Hybrid environment architecture:
on-prem + Azure and/or AWS
.
* Virtualization:
VMware, Hyper-V
.
* Networking, security, and storage.
* Microsoft services:
Active Directory, Microsoft 365
, and Linux administration.
* Automation with
PowerShell, Bash, Python
(ideally
Ansible or Terraform
).
* Storage and backup solutions:
Veeam, NetApp, Dell EMC
, among others.
* Networking fundamentals:
DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, firewalls
.
Additional Skills
* Experience in
team management or technical mentoring
.
* Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and solution-oriented mindset.
* English level B2 or higher (mandatory).
* Portuguese Proficient
* Certifications such as
AZ-104, VMware VCP, RHCSA, Veeam VMCE
.
* Experience with
CI/CD, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), or DevOps practices
.
