Data Review & Evaluation: Support the analysis of data flows and system outputs to ensure they meet business expectations and highlight improvement areas. Process Documentation: Assist in developing and maintaining business process maps for current and future workflows. Testing & Quality Assurance: Contribute to testing activities by preparing test cases, running tests, and recording results to ensure system accuracy and compliance. User Assistance: Provide first-level support to front-office users, resolving inquiries related to e-trading systems and procedures. Project Documentation: Create and maintain clear records including requirements, test plans, user guides, and workflow documentation. Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with IT teams, senior analysts, and business partners to ensure smooth project delivery.Main Skills & Requirements:
