Our Client is the pioneer in the online pharmacy market and one of the leading online pharmacies in Europe with webshops in several countries.
As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Providing Inbound Customer Care
2. Giving advice and information to the customers and approach it with feeling/empathy for their needs
3. Ensuring the order and delivery process is smooth for the client
4. Dealing with Returns and Complaints
5. Identifying root causes to continue ensuring maximum efficiency/processes
6. Handle calls as well as written communication within guidelines established
7. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each and every transaction
8. Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively
9. Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
10. Native or proficient level of Italian (C2)
11. Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
12. Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in supported languages
13. A motivated and enthusiastic personality
14. Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills
15. Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress
16. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations
17. Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly
18. Able to follow guidelines and instructions
19. Ability to keep calm and clear-headed in critical situations
20. Ability to demonstrate confidence when imparting information or dealing with troubled callers
21. Familiarity with ticketing systems
22. Experience with policy work, or help resource project management
23. Previous, demonstrable experience with creation of online help resources
24. Life experience to apply to managing situations
25. Early adopter of technology
26. Ability to put customers at ease
27. High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work #LI-Remote
28. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
29. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
