Responsibilities:
* Leading the design and development of both digital and analog electronics for controlling electronic systems.
* Managing end-to-end project execution from initial specifications to design, prototyping, and production. This includes developing products such as electric vehicle charging stations, home batteries, inverters, local controllers, gateways, and load monitoring hardware.
* Supervising a team of hardware and electrical engineers, ensuring high-quality results.
* Collaborating closely with software engineers, project managers, and business analysts to deliver comprehensive solutions.
* Conducting technical requirements analysis and specification drafting.
* Overseeing the sourcing and selection of components.
* Optimizing installation processes for consumer-facing products to enhance usability and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
* A PhD in a relevant field would be considered an advantage.
* A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering roles.
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
