Randstad Digital is currently searching for a talented Automation Engineer (BPA/RPA) to join the team of one of our prestigious clients. The Automation Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business processes, streamline repetitive tasks, and deploy scalable automation that improves accuracy, reduces costs, and frees teams to focus on higher-value work.

Automation Design & Development
Analyze existing business processes to identify clear opportunities for automation and optimization.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA/BPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar tools.
Create and maintain automation scripts, bots, and workflows that integrate seamlessly with core systems (CRM, ERP, finance, and operations platforms).
Ensure all automation solutions adhere to best practices in scalability, security, and maintainability.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Partner with business teams to meticulously gather requirements, document workflows, and prioritize high-value automation opportunities.
Collaborate with IT, data, and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration and alignment with existing technology systems.
Monitor and measure the performance of deployed automation solutions, providing data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
Provide technical support and training to business users on automation tools and platforms.
Governance & Quality
Establish and maintain automation standards, detailed documentation, and governance processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational security and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI).
Perform regular maintenance and updates on deployed automations to ensure continued performance and reliability.
Innovation & Expansion
Research and evaluate emerging automation technologies such as AI-driven workflow orchestration, machine learning integration, and process mining tools.
Contribute to the development of Auto Europe's broader automation strategy, scaling initiatives across different departments.
Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through intelligent automation.
competências
3 - 6 years of experience in business process automation, robotic process automation, or software engineering.
Hands-on experience with one or more RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.).
Strong understanding of workflow automation concepts, process mapping, and optimization techniques.
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
Experience working with APIs, web services, and system integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
