You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients. No two projects are alike. You'll manage systems data for clients and provide day‐to‐day solutions and security compliance. You'll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. Recommend modernization options, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate relationships with other teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with a diverse group of talented people to gain management and organizational skills. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 implementation and management VMware ESX experience Public/private cloud management, especially migration from on‐prem to cloud solutions Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as code) Vulnerability management Microsoft Active Directory and federation services Who You Are You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it.
