You will help standardize HR operations, safeguard compliance and data integrity and enhance service performance, contributing to a consistent, efficient, and high-quality employee experience every single day.
## **Key Responsibilities:*** Lead HR governance and audit activities across designated regions, ensuring SOPs and procedures align with PSS governance standards and regulatory requirements.
* Standardize and continuously optimize HR processes across regions, allowing for necessary legal and compliance adaptations.
* Monitor, analyze and enhance HR SLAs and KPIs, driving process improvements and ensuring high levels of service performance and data integrity.
* Oversee document governance, maintaining up-to-date templates, employee documentation and compliance with labor laws and data privacy regulations.
* Act as Super User for HRIS platforms in the Lisbon PSS Center, supporting system optimization, reporting, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts focused on employee experience and automation.
**What you bring with you:*** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services* Strong knowledge of global HR processes, employment law and compliance requirements across multiple regions.
* Proven experience leading HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Hands-on experience with platforms (e.G., **Workday**, ServiceNow) and HR case management tools.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.
