About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality software in a fast-paced Agile environment.
You will play a key role in test automation, functional validation, and continuous quality improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams across web, API, and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Functional & Automation Testing
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Robot Framework and Playwright
Execute manual test cases for complex business scenarios when required
Perform end-to-end testing across web applications, APIs, backend systems, and data flows
Develop and execute API test automation using Postman and RESTAssured
2. QA Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to ensure quality standards are met
Contribute to story-level testing within Agile sprints
Support test planning, execution, and reporting activities
Maintain clear and structured documentation (e.G., Confluence)
3. Test Management & Reporting
Execute test cases and report defects in a structured manner using JIRA/Xray
Participate in test cycle management, including test plans and reporting
Ensure traceability and quality across all testing phases
4. Continuous Improvement
Contribute to improving QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing strategies
Explore and adopt AI-driven testing approaches and modern QA tools where relevant
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA
Hands-on experience in test automation using Robot Framework and Selenium
Experience in Telecom or B2B environments
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and story-level testing
Experience with cloud-based testing in GCP
Solid knowledge of SQL / MySQL
Programming/scripting skills in Python and/or JavaScript
Experience in API testing and automation (Postman, RESTAssured)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.G., GitHub Actions) and Docker / Docker Compose
Experience with test management tools (JIRA, Xray)
ISTQB certification (or equivalent)
Nice to Have
Migration testing experience
Exposure to AI-driven automation testing
Basic hands-on experience in non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility)
Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus for monitoring and dashboards
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
