We're looking for a
Fullstack Engineer
to join our team in Lisbon. You'll work end-to-end on modern web applications, collaborating closely with product designers and engineers to build high-quality, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling web applications using a modern JavaScript stack. You'll work with
React and Node.js
, translate
pixel-perfect Figma designs
into high-quality user interfaces, and contribute to backend services and APIs that power our products.

You deliver clean, reliable, and maintainable features across frontend and backend
Figma designs are translated into
pixel-perfect, responsive UIs
APIs and services you build are scalable, secure, and well-structured
You collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other engineers
You take ownership of features from concept to production

You'll be part of a cross-functional product team, working closely with design and product to shape user experiences and technical architecture. Your work will directly impact our core platform and help define engineering best practices as the company grows.
?? Responsibilities
Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability
Build and maintain frontend applications using
React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Design and implement backend services using
Node.js and NestJS
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrations
Work with
MongoDB and PostgreSQL
for data modeling and persistence
Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of
Figma designs
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
Support containerized environments using
Docker
? Qualifications
Strong experience with
React and Node.js
Experience with
TypeScript
,
Next.js
, and
NestJS
Solid understanding of
MongoDB
and
PostgreSQL
Experience working with
Docker
in development or production environments
Strong attention to detail and a
pixel-perfect approach to UI implementation
Understanding of modern web performance, accessibility, and best practices
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with designers and Figma files is a strong plus
