We are looking for an
Assistant Store Manager for our LEGO store in Norteshopping center in Porto, Portugal
with a positive attitude that can be conveyed to the entire team and our youngest customers, families, and fans of the brand, so that they have an unforgettable experience. Energy, dynamism, and passion for the brand are essential characteristics that we need for our store and our team
What do we expect from you?
* To be the guardian of our customers' experience so that they have a moment they want to repeat; to be a brand ambassador by promoting excitement in the store for our youngest customers, families, and fans.
* Achieve sales targets
* Manage team members and their motivation to achieve the same goal together. - Ensure the warehouse is well organized and that merchandise movements are managed correctly.
* Uphold the image and order of the store; ensure products are restocked correctly in accordance with company standards.
* Respect and enforce internal procedures and company guidelines.
Job requirements:
* Strong customer focus
* High team motivation skills
* Good organizational and management skills
* Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager
* Good ability to analyze sales KPIs
* Experience in team management - Flexibility to work different shifts and rotating schedules.
