Multinational coffee production and export company is recruiting a Finance Assistant.
Principais responsabilidades: Review and process payments to vendors and employees of the companies within the group; Collection of accounting documents either in digital or paper format for each company of the group, archiving; Keep the banks file up to date ensuring that each transaction is correct, and it is backed up on the accounting archives; Enter payment information in the system for the coffee purchase and sales transactions; Monitor Accountreceivables and follow up payments with clients; Review and update Ethiopia bank expenses vs check approved by Finance Director; Report, controland reconcile intercompany transactions to external accountant to maintain the right cash flow between companies; Reconciledebits and credits with open balances to follow up for payments or settled invoices balances in favour of our clients; Assist onthe implementation of the new accounting software and any other project required by the finance department.Perfil desejado: Degree in Administration, accounting, Finance or similar; Minimum 2year working experience in accounting - finance position; Result-driven &resilient; ability to excel in a fast-learning environment; Strong ability to prioritize tasks in order to get things done, timely; Strong analytical capabilities; Excellentlanguage skills in English written and verbal; Organizedand detail-oriented with High standards of accuracy; Team oriented in multicultural work environment.Benefícios adicionais: Excellent opportunity for professional growth.
