Obsolescence, decommission cost and resiliency must be considered on each project and reviewed during each step of the project Manage different actors/contributors of the project and the budget (man-days and infrastructure) Provide report of their projects to APS and ADM management Implement the good level of governance (project committee, steering committee ...) Ensure the right level of autonomy of the run team after each go live Participate to the rollout of his project during working and non-working days (following the criticality of the application) Contribute to SLA definition .
