The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and performance campaigns, with a sharp eye for identifying and engaging high-value clients. You'll be responsible for creating targeted campaigns, generating qualified leads, and contributing directly to revenue growth in an exclusive, relationship-driven environment.

A fast-growing company in the luxury lifestyle sector is looking for a results-driven and strategic Lead Generation & Growth Strategist to strengthen its presence in high-end markets.
Description
Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns focused on lead generation and client acquisition across channels such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and email marketing
Design and implement end-to-end lead generation strategies, both inbound and outbound, to reach taregt audiences
Identify and test new growth channels and strategic opportunities for brand visibility and lead nurturing
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover, alignment of goals, and high-quality pipeline management
Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot or similar CRMs, Google Analytics, and automation platforms to track and optimise campaign performance
Monitor and report on key KPIs such as cost per lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and lead quality
Support the development of compelling landing pages, email sequences and premium content designed to attract and convert high-net-worth individuals.
Profile
Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or business development roles, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or other premium B2C or B2B sectors;
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights;
Strategic and proactive, with hands-on execution capabilities;
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a high level of autonomy;

Job Offer
On-site for the first six months, then transitioning to a hybrid model.
