We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Sales Associate to join our sales team. This role involves managing and developing relationships with industrial clients (plastic converters), identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions, including sustainable materials (recycled, bioplastics, etc.).

Your Tasks

1. Order Management:
Administer the sales process, including handling sales orders and proactively communicating with customers regarding lead times, prices, etc.

2. Commercial Fulfillment:
Provide high-quality customer service by ensuring order fulfillment, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving or escalating complaints, and supporting customer satisfaction.

3. Commercial Growth:
Make proactive sales calls to assigned customers, including delinquent accounts, acting as the first point of contact for queries.

4. Commercial Sales:
Identify products or services that meet customer needs, present compelling reasons, close deals, and follow up on sales.

5. Commercial Transformation:
Set clear objectives for customer interactions, ask relevant questions to gauge interest, and identify areas needing further information.

6. Commercial Leads:
Identify potential customers through referrals and recommendations from existing clients.

7. Tools and Systems:
Use commercial tools and systems independently for routine tasks, ensuring data quality and troubleshooting issues as needed.

8. Product Knowledge and Training:
Maintain understanding of product features and benefits, provide basic demonstrations, and assist with straightforward inquiries.

What You Bring

- Experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in plastics or related sectors, with basic knowledge of material properties.

- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and enjoyment working with diverse backgrounds.

- Solution-oriented mindset with analytical thinking and results focus.

- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-growing environment, with proactive skill development and openness to change.
