Project Overview
We are looking for a Data Scientist to design, develop and validate analytical and machine learning solutions that support concrete business use cases.
In this role, you will work from data exploration to model evaluation and delivery, collaborating closely with data engineers, product teams and business stakeholders. The focus is on reliable, explainable and production‐ready analytics, not isolated experimentation.
What We're Looking For
Core Data Science Skills
* Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling
* Advanced experience with pandas, NumPy and scikit‐learn
* Solid practice in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and feature engineering
* Strong foundations in statistics and probability, including:
* Hypothesis testing
* Statistical inference
* Distributions and sampling
* Proven experience building and evaluating machine learning modelsSupervised and unsupervised approaches
* Hyperparameter tuning and model comparison
* Strong SQL skills for data exploration and analysis
Model Evaluation & Experimentation
* Clear understanding of validation strategies:
* Cross‐validation
* Appropriate metrics selection
* Overfitting and generalization
* Experience tracking experiments and results (e.g. MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar tools)
* Good understanding of reproducibility and model lifecycle management
* Basic familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) is a plus
Platforms & MLOps Awareness
* Experience working with data and models in cloud environments
* Familiarity with platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP from a data science perspective
* Understanding of MLOps fundamentals:
* Model versioning
* Registry concepts
* Deployment and monitoring lifecycle
Analytical & Engineering Mindset
* Approaches problems in a structured and methodical way
* Strong focus on data quality, robustness and explainability
* Chooses appropriate techniques based on context and value
* Comfortable working end‐to‐end, from raw data to delivered insight
* Understands trade‐offs between performance, interpretability and operational constraints
Soft Skills
* Strong analytical thinking and problem‐solving capabilities
* Ability to explain technical insights to technical and non‐technical audiences
* Clear, proactive and effective communication style
* Collaborative mindset when working with multiple data and engineering teams
* Strong sense of ownership across the full analytical lifecycle
* Adaptability to new data, requirements and business scenarios
