In order to maintain its high standards, Superior Wellness in Portugal is looking to reinforce the team with a Area Sales Manager - International Market.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership of the production team;
- Production monitoring;
- Production management;
- Structuring and organising tasks and work stations;
- Optimising and standardising processes;
- Structured problem solving;
- Reporting to the factory director.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Dynamism and proactivity;
- Ability to learn and adapt;
- Communication skills and critical thinking;
- Higher education in Mechanical Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering and Management;
- Knowledge of Lean and Quality tools;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English (eliminatory factor).
