The CRM Specialist is mainly responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Management operations and ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency in the following tasks:
* Managing and updating customer records and related entities in the CRM system;
* Creating and maintaining workflows, campaigns, and segmentation lists;
* Extracting and analyzing CRM data for reporting and performance tracking;
* Preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations for management;
* Monitoring data quality and compliance with internal standards;
* Supporting integration between CRM and other business systems;
* Providing assistance to the marketing and sales teams for CRM-related activities;
* General statement: Keeping the team updated on CRM best practices and market trends.
