𝗧𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹:

• Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries;

• Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;

• Know the product/service well;

• Process customer requests and complains;

• Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;

• Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.


𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 - 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂:

• Have a proficient or bilingual level of Danish, and advanced level of English;

• Have 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience;

• Have call center experience;

• Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal;

• Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;

• Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs;

• Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd, don’t worry);

• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
