We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Performance & Compensation team. In this role, you will support compensation and performance management processes through data analysis, reporting, and operational coordination, helping HR and business stakeholders make informed decisions.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with data, has a structured, problem-solving mindset, and is interested in the intersection of people, performance, and business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

* Support the execution and continuous improvement of Performance & Compensation processes and policies;
* Analyse compensation, performance, and HR data to support decision-making and identify relevant trends and insights;
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analyses to monitor HR metrics and business needs;
* Participate in performance review cycles, salary review processes, and bonus administration activities;
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across HR systems and reporting tools;
* Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to support fair and competitive reward practices;
* Work with large datasets, identifying patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement;
* Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven support.
* Prepare clear and structured presentations and materials for different audiences;
* Contribute to automation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.


Profile

* 2 to 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance, HR Analytics, People Analytics, Reward, or similar analytical roles;
* Degree in Management, Economics, Human Resources, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields;
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset;
* Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
* Advanced Excel skills and interest in data analysis and digital tools;
* Ability to work accurately with large volumes of data and attention to detail;
* Strong communication skills, including the ability to present data clearly and understandably;
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage priorities autonomously;
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
* Experience in international or fast-paced environments is a plus.
