We're looking for a Total Rewards Associate Manager to lead the delivery of Compensation & Benefits programs in Portugal, translating global strategy into local, market-relevant execution.
What you'll do
Own the end-to-end annual compensation cycle (salary reviews, promotions, adjustments).
Provide market insights and analytics to shape salary ranges, incentives, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
Manage and optimize benefits programs (medical, retirement, flexible benefits, wellbeing).
Ensure compliance with local labor law, pay equity, and global TR guidelines.
Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Talent on offers, governance, and decision-making.
Deliver dashboards, insights, and clear communications for leaders and employees.
Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation.
What you bring
5+ years in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.
Strong knowledge of comp structures, benefits, and market pricing.
Experience with pay equity and analytics.
Advanced Excel.
Fluent English & Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
