What will be your mission?
As Guest Service Agent, you will be a key member of our Front Office team, you will be the personal point of contact for our guests from arrival to departure. As a representative of our hotel, you will leave one of the strongest impressions on our guests with the highest level of courtesy, efficiency and friendliness.
What will you do?
Answer and forward requests and enquiries from our guests by telephone and email, as well as taking bookings and reservations for our restaurants.
Know how to handle our guests' complaints and be the expert when it comes to knowledge about your hotel.
Be able to work with all hotel departments in a calm and focused manner, providing administrative support to the entire hotel and front office team.
Celebrate the art of hospitality and your dedication to our guests is reflected in our equally caring approach to you.
What are we looking for?
You have successfully completed training in the hospitality industry.
You may already have valuable front office experience.
Your communication is always characterised by friendliness and appreciation.
You enjoy the art of hospitality.
Perfect English is a matter of course for you.
You have a high level of quality awareness and service orientation.
Teamwork and mutual support are core values for you.
Your positive charisma and very good manners round off your profile.
You have a pleasant and calm telephone voice.
Various PC skills such as Microsoft, SAP, TMS are an advantage.
You are flexible in your time management (alternating shifts).
