For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
1. 5+ years of experience working with SAP HCM solutions, including SAP HCM ECC and/or SAP SF ECP.
2. Expertise in SAP PY, with hands-on experience in more than one localized solution (preferably PT, ES, BR, US, DE, FR, NL, HU, AT, or other international payrolls).
3. Proficiency in PA/OM modules.
4. Experience in SI (Project Implementation/Application Development) and/or AMS (Application Maintenance).
5. Strong analytical and solution design skills, with the ability to discuss and align solutions with clients and partner teams.
6. Leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide, mentor, and train junior team members.
7. (Preferred, but not mandatory) ABAP skills, including custom development for PY & TM functionalities and ABAP debugging.
8. Proficiency with English (at least B2).
9. Availability for a hybrid work model (1x per week) in Lisbon, Coimbra, or Braga.
