About the role
ZOOP's Head of Product is coordinating multiple concurrent product surfaces across a global team following a recent launch. This role exists to keep that operation running smoothly. You will own scheduling, coordination, and follow-up so that strategic work gets protected time. We are looking for someone who is genuinely good at operations and finds satisfaction in making things run well.
What you will do
* Own Product's calendar: scheduling, prioritization, and protecting focus time
* Coordinate cross-team meetings, including with engineering leadership and external partners
* Track action items and follow-ups from meetings and surface what needs attention
* Manage ad hoc administrative tasks including invoice tracking and occasional travel logistics.
* Handle routine communications triage and draft correspondence as needed
* Support preparation of decks, briefs, and documentation as directed

* Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
* Proactive and self-directed: anticipates needs rather than waiting to be asked
* Discreet and professional in handling sensitive information
* Strong written and spoken communication in English
* Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, loosely structured environment
Nice to have
* Prior experience supporting a technical or product team
* Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace
* Prior exposure to a global or multi-timezone team
Location
* Remote-friendly. Overlap with Eastern US and Central European time required.
