Mobile Tech Lead (M/F) – Hybrid (Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra) at Match Profiler
Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant with national and international activity since 1999. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting for integration in our internal team/client for the following profile:
Mobile Tech Lead (m/f) – Hybrid (Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra)
What you need to have
* Solid experience building and maintaining mobile applications (Android and iOS)
* Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and best practices
* Strong understanding of security architecture and best practices for mobile applications
* Proven experience with various forms of automated testing (Playwright), such as unit, integration, end-to-end, and accessibility testing
* Strong opinions about software development best practices, balanced with receptiveness to new ideas
* Extensive experience developing large applications in a team environment
* Experience leading or owning the development of large applications
* Proficiency in software estimation, even when confronted with complexity and uncertainty
* Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in using tools to measure application performance
* Experience releasing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
* Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of mobile developers
* Experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
* Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus
* Contributions to open-source projects is a plus
* Experience building SDKs is a plus
* Fluency in English
