Skills And Experiences
* 10+ years of hands-on experience in Active Directory administration
* Strong troubleshooting skills (Kerberos ticket analysis, signature traffic analysis, domain relationship issues, etc.)
* Deep understanding of:
o DNS and DNS forwarding
o GPOs (Group Policy Objects)
o Event ID error analysis
* Proficient in Windows Server OS environments
* Solid experience with Citrix administration
* Proficient in PowerShell
* English proficiency: B1 or higher
Preferred Qualifications
* Microsoft Certified Engineer or related certifications
* Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management)
* Experience in enterprise infrastructure environments

What You'll Do
We are looking for a seasoned IT professional to join our Engineering & Networks team. You will play a key role in managing and supporting enterprise-grade infrastructure systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
This position requires deep expertise in Active Directory administration, Citrix environments, ADFS, Windows Server management, and scripting with PowerShell.
* Full administration and troubleshooting of Active Directory (including forests, domains, sites, DCs, DNS, replication, Kerberos tickets, cross-domain issues, etc.)
* Develop and manage PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting
* Administration of Citrix environments (installation, upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting)
* Management and troubleshooting of Relay Admin environments
* ADFS administration (on-premises) and configuration of Azure Enterprise Applications for SSO
* Full administration and operation of physical and virtual Windows servers
* Management of DFS (Distributed File System) for file server infrastructure
* Certificate Authority administration- Incident and problem resolution within the Wintel infrastructure
* Ensure all procedures and operations are properly documented
