Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Analysis Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in defining high-quality technical solutions aligned with our architectural standards and current technology constraints.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analysis and problem-solving, with experience in exploring and implementing new technologies to enhance product offerings and provide a competitive edge. Additionally, you will have the ability to seek simplification and rationalization of business, systems, and processes to improve straight-through processing.
You will be responsible for supporting the development of new platforms while maintaining the integrity of existing production processes. This includes participating in all development stages, including high-level design, estimation, detailed design, development management, unit testing, and delivery.
As a Business Analysis Specialist, you will lead topics autonomously or guide offshore developers, providing mentorship and team development. You will also plan resource usage according to assigned budget and timelines.
Furthermore, you will engage with BA/PMs to contribute to analysis tasks and communicate with business sponsors. You will monitor progress, report updates, and escalate issues to ensure management visibility of risks and challenges.
