, opening in Q Designed for premium short- and mid-term rentals, this flagship project will merge privacy, design, and elevated hospitality into a new chapter of countryside living.
We are seeking a
Villas Resident Manager
to lead the pre-opening and operations. More than managing daily tasks, this role is about adapting the ANDO Living concept to a countryside context, ensuring its long-term success, and creating exceptional experiences for residents, guests, and owners alike.
The ANDO Living Group also includes LovelyStay, the largest property management company in Portugal, and Optylon Krea, the investment and development company driving transformative real estate projects. Together, we redefine hospitality and living for investors, owners, and travelers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Adaptation – Shape and adapt the ANDO Living concept to a countryside context, ensuring its premium lifestyle is translated into a distinctive and appealing experience in Comporta.
* Pre-Opening Leadership – Drive the pre-opening process, including operational planning, recruitment, training, supplier partnerships, and successful project launch.
* Guest Experience – Deliver a seamless, personalized, luxury stay that consistently reflects ANDO Living's hospitality standards.
* Owner & Partner Relations – Establish strong relationships with villa owners and local stakeholders, ensuring alignment and building a trusted network.
* Operational Excellence – Oversee all aspects of daily operations, from villa performance to property upkeep, arrivals, departures, and guest services.
* Hands-On Leadership – Be a visible and active presence on-site, inspiring the team, engaging with guests, and setting the tone for service excellence.
* Team Recruitment & Development – Build, train, and lead a high-performing hospitality team capable of delivering at an international standard.
* Supplier & Partner Coordination – Manage external providers (housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, etc.) to uphold top-tier quality.
* Sustainability & Local Integration – Champion eco-friendly practices and integrate authentic regional experiences into the resort concept.
* Financial Oversight – Manage budgets, condominium financials, and P&L to secure efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Departments Under Your Responsibility
* Front Office & Reception – Check-in/out, concierge, and resident relations.
* Housekeeping & Maintenance – Cleanliness, upkeep, and technical maintenance of villas and common areas.
* Condominium Administration – Oversight of villa property management and owner relations.
* Food & Beverage (Limited Scope) – Supervision of villa breakfast delivery service and a curated concept market store.
Profile:
* Experience: 4-7 years in luxury hospitality, preferably in countryside hotels, residences, or villa resorts.
* Pre-Opening Experience: Strongly preferred.
* Languages: Fluent in Portuguese & English (additional languages are a plus).
* Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment;
* Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to handle challenges proactively, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction;
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with hospitality management systems, digital booking platforms, and financial reporting tools;
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality, aesthetics, and guest experience personalization;
* Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to relocate to Comporta and adjust to a dynamic work environment.
