Role Overview: As aDanish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you'll assist customers throughout their online shopping journey solving problems, answering questions, and making their experience smooth and satisfying. Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments. Securely handle sensitive data and follow internal escalation procedures. Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat. Collaborate with carriers and internal departments. Requirements: C2-level Danish and fluent English (C1)- written and spoken levelsExcellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines. Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
