Job Description
Our organization is seeking a skilled Global Finance Transformation Specialist to enhance our financial processes and drive performance through process standardization, automation, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement finance processes for budgeting, forecasting, cost center reporting, variance analysis, etc.
* Ensure global alignment of finance practices across business units and geographies.
* Lead process automation initiatives: reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy through digital tools.
* Strengthen internal controls: ensure financial governance and audit readiness.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders: work closely with Group Finance, FP&A, IT, and regional finance teams.
* Drive continuous improvement: analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and implement best-in-class practices.
* Support tool rollouts: contribute to global deployments of tools.
* Lead training and change management: support finance teams with training, and process adoption.
* Facilitate knowledge sharing across regions to build consistency and capability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* Experience: minimum 3 years in controlling, finance process transformation role in a multinational setting.
* Skills:
o Strong expertise in controlling processes (planning, reporting, cost control).
o Deep process expertise with ability to balance standardization and business flexibility.
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Experience in process design and flow charts.
o Understanding of finance systems (SAP ECC & S4, BI tools preferred).
o Process improvement and automation mindset.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
o Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented.
o High autonomy and initiative within the function and process network.
