The Senior Talent Acquisition (Telecom) is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates with expertise in Telecommunication technologies across EMEA locations.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, andmanage the full recruitment lifecycle.

excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver a positive candidate experience while staying
updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
Job Description:
• Identify, source, and attract top-tier candidates with expertise in Telecommunication
technologies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective
recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., networking, social media, job boards) to build a pipeline of
qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise on competitive hiring practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Communication skills recruitment, ideally within a tech company or IT
consulting firm.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in areas such asRAN Engineers,
Telecom Engineers, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence
stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
