This role contributes to the organization's success by providing global support services to customers for Manufacturing Execution System projects. Responsibilities include managing customer expectations, offering technical assistance, analyzing issues and proposing solutions, managing application releases, performing audits, participating in process improvement, building a knowledge repository, and 24/7 shift support.

Technical Requirements
 * IT background with SQL and JavaScript skills
 * Experience with on-site manufacturing and logistics execution software implementations (nice-to-have)
 * Knowledge of C#, .NET, HTML, CSS, jQuery (nice-to-have)
 * Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain principles (nice-to-have)
